I think this is not a good RFC, and very premature:

- It lists wants and promises, but no solutions. No work has been done to investigate how to implement any of this.
- Too many votes. This isn't the big yearly deprecation thread.

I'm voting no on any of this.

Is there a discussion thread for this RFC? I’m trying to see what was
discussed, but I can’t find it.

Hi all,

Voting is now closed, and the RFC has been declined with 4 to 14 votes. All other votings in this RFC are with this also declined.

As I see this it got declined, because there were many proposed ideas, but no actual solutions. I see that it could have been more specific, and I will work over next weeks and months on making some Proof on Concepts and then create a more mature RFC.
