extension loading problem with cvs HEAD php5.0.0

Hi All,
When I compiled and ran the php with apache2.0.49 my extensions module
init routines are called twice and even simple script execution keep
happening for 30 seconds and I get Timeout after 30 seconds.
Later I took 5.0.0RC2 everything works fine.

Please do the needful.
