Sablotron XSLT Version Bump

I'm running into an XSLT bug in PHP 4 / Sablotron 1.0 / Windows. I'm
told it's fixed in Sablotron 1.0.1.

Can someone with access to the Windows build scripts please upgrade
Sablotron to Version 1.0.1 in the PHP 4 packages? 1.0.1 came out
almost a year ago, so I think it's safe.
