building php5 for win32

Hello I have been trying to rebuild the php5 DLLs under VC++ V6 SP5 and find that the following four variables are undefined. I've bodged some values to make the DLLs compile but the values are clearly not correct. Can you tell me what values these should have and where they should be defined?
