Before the end of 2003 remains the target date.  Whether or not we manage
to meet it remains to be seen...

These things are impossible to predict, but a rough guess,
all things considered, is a decent headsup. At least sysadmin
folk know this doesn't have to be on their upgrade radar for
a while.
