Could someone please enlighten me, if there is any reason we keep the
"Security fixes and patches" on the php.net downloads page, of which the
newest one is more than two years old?

I am about to remove these files in case there is no objection in a
week, since I highly doubt that anyone would patch his 4.0.6/4.1.0/4.2.x
nowadays...
