The Segfault seams to come from the last patch to Zend/zend_compile.h.
Using yesterdays version works fine.

Reverting zend_compile.h to revision 1.306 solved the problem for me,
too.

HEAD built and run just fine for me (Debug_TS) just now.
Are you guys still having problems?
