PATCH to cross compile mysql extension for NetWare

Hi Jani, NetWare mysqlclient library is shipped as libmysql.nlm(Old 8.3 limitation). This patch replaces all the instances of myqlclient with $libname, $libname a variable set as mysql for NetWare $libname a variable set as mysqlclient for others Please apply this patch.
