[PATCH] ext/gettext/gettext.dsp

The attached patch contains a couple of changes to win32 project file for the gettext extension. Added defines to enable plural gettext functions on win32. These functions exist in the current libintl-1.dll. /D HAVE_NGETTEXT=1 /D HAVE_DNGETTEXT=1 Changed import lib that is linked to libintl.lib from gnu_gettext.lib.
