To commit a new PEAR package forked from the existing PEAR package, PEAR_Command_Packaging. This has been agreed with the existing maintainer Greg (CVS ID cellog) who told me to fill in this form, ask for karma for pear/PEAR_Command_Packaging, and ask it to be created.
