Hello There,
My name is Bobby Matthis and I would like to be granted a CVS account to help maintain the user notes on the PHP Manual.  I am a very passionate PHP programmer and just want to help out the PHP movement any way I can.  I am a Zend Certified Engineer and I have a little over 2 years of PHP programming experience, but I do know that I still have a lot to learn.  Even if all I am doing is helping clear out some of the SPAM postings, Bug postings, etc....I at least know that I am helping out where I can.  I assure you that if granted a CVS account, I will use it only for good.  I hope that you will see and agree that this is something that I really want to do.

Thank you to all of you that have been so helpful and for your direction.  Your hard work on the php documents may not get you a lot of praise, but it is much appreciated!  I just want to show my appreciation by helping with what I can.

Hello Derick,
Yes, I filled it out at http://www.php.net/cvs-php.php .  I can repeat
request if for some reason it did not come through correctly?
