Sorry for sending this mail to the list directly.
I have translated a part of the php-gtk-doc into Chinese. And I would
continue translating the doc.
Anant Narayanan suggested me I would request the account with the cvs.
but I cant request an account from the URL:http://www.php.net/cvs-php.php
It make the response for me: "An error occured when trying to create
the account: someone is already using that cvs id."
Sure, the "someone" must be me!
I have requested an account from the URL before. But I dont know how
to request it again with the same UserID.
